Saturday Sessions Continue for Beginner to Intermediate Levels
St. Paul’s historic Union Depot will offer free, weekly noon hour Intermediate Yoga classes, targeted to reach Lowertown workers looking for a mid-day break, each Tuesday beginning February 4. These classes will be in addition to the free Saturday Morning Yoga classes, which resumed February 1. The classes will continue to be taught by skilled instructors from Studio925 by CorePower Yoga & Spa in Woodbury.
The Tuesday Intermediate Yoga classes will be one hour long, designed to fit most lunch hour breaks. Saturday classes are offered for a variety of skill levels, with the first Saturday of each month dedicated to beginners. Other weeks’ classes are Intermediate level. The Union Depot free Saturday Morning Yoga classes began in July 2013 as a month-long program and quickly gained a loyal following of yoga enthusiasts, resulting in an ongoing series of sessions that ran through December. All classes are taught in the Waiting Room. Saturday classes are from 9 a.m. to 10 a.m. and the weekday class is held from noon to 1 p.m. Reservations are not required for attendance. Participants are asked to bring a yoga mat, towel and water.
