« All Events International Yoga Day June 21 @ 9:00 am - 2:00 pm « American Red Cross Blood Drive Yoga Sculpt at Union Depot » Come celebrate International Yoga Day at Union Depot on Saturday, June 21 from 9 AM to 1:00 PM. Located on the East Plaza at Union Depot, the event is FREE and open to the public. The festivities will provide opportunities for attendees to recharge their bodies and minds with Studio 9-to-5, including three live yoga classes taught by Studio 9-to-5 instructors. These classes will each incorporate a different style of yoga. Participants are encouraged to bring a yoga mat, water, and towel, if needed, for the fitness-focused classes. 9 AM – 10 AM: Yoga with Emily Rose10:30 AM – 11 AM: Yoga Sculpt12:00 PM – 1:00 PM DOGA – Yoga with your dog A live DJ will perform at the event’s yoga classes, creating an ideal ambiance for self-rejuvenation.
