Monday evening classes focus on yoga sculpt—a total-body, no-weights workout designed to tone and strengthen every major muscle group. This energizing session boosts heart rate with an easy-to-follow format and complements your regular yoga practice by building overall strength.

Yoga mat, water, and towel (if needed)
