Her work appears in the New York Times, The Guardian, San Francisco Chronicle, Best American Travel Writing, and on NPR, among many other places. A 2022 cast member of Allt för Sverige, a Swedish reality show about finding your roots, Sally lives in south Minneapolis with her family.
